What products does MIXEDBAG offer? MIXEDBAG curates authentic vintage, pre-owned, and designer pieces — including handbags (Chloé, Gucci, YSL, Juicy Couture, etc.), sneakers (Isabel Marant, Bekett, etc.), jackets (Carhartt, vintage workwear), and other fashion treasures from the '90s, Y2K era, and beyond. Every item is hand-selected, inspected for condition, and photographed honestly to show real wear and character.

Are your items authentic? How do you ensure authenticity? Yes — 100% authentic. We only list genuine pieces. Each item is inspected by our team for authenticity markers (stamps, hardware, stitching, labels, etc.). Vintage/pre-owned items often show signs of loving use — we describe and photograph any wear transparently. If you're unsure about a specific piece, ask us for extra photos or details before buying!

What condition are the items in? Our items are pre-loved/vintage, so expect authentic patina, minor scuffs, or light wear consistent with age — this is part of their charm! We use clear condition notes (e.g., "Excellent," "Very Good," "Good with visible wear") and detailed photos from multiple angles. Nothing majorly damaged is listed unless noted as "as-is" or "final sale."

How long does shipping take?

United States (FREE & Fast Shipping)

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days
  • Tracking sent by email once shipped

International Shipping

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery time: 6–14 business days (varies by country/customs)
  • Express option available at checkout (3–7 days where offered)
  • Tracking included on all orders

Do you offer free shipping? Yes ✅ — Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. International fees calculated at checkout (promos may apply).

Do you ship internationally? Yes 🌍 — Worldwide shipping. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I track my order? Yes — You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Updates may take 24–72 hours.

What is your return policy? Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused/in the same condition received, with original packaging/tags. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or not as described? Contact us within 48 hours with photos/video, order number, and details. We'll arrange a refund, replacement (if possible), or store credit — and cover return shipping for our errors.

Do vintage sizes match modern sizing? Vintage sizing can vary by era/brand — always check measurements in the listing (we provide bust/waist/hip/length, bag dimensions, etc.). If unsure, message us for more details!

How do you price your items? Prices reflect rarity, condition, brand demand, and market value for pre-owned/vintage pieces. We aim for fair deals — often much lower than original retail for similar items in good shape.

Do you offer discounts, promotions, or gift cards? Yes! We run occasional sales, flash deals, and newsletter exclusives. Subscribe for updates. Gift cards available — email us to purchase.

Can I request more photos or details on an item? Absolutely — just ask! We're happy to send extra angles, close-ups of hardware/lining/hardware stamps, measurements, or condition details.
